BIOGRAPHY:

Pianist Jesse Hubbs began his musical journey at the age of five. He has been featured by major media outlets including CBS, NBC, and NPR, and has appeared on WQXR’s Young Artist Showcase, performing works by Johannes Brahms and Johann Sebastian Bach. In May 2025, he was a featured performer in Kaufman Music Center’s Bach Project, performing Bach concerti under the baton of Simone Dinnerstein. Jesse made his orchestral debut in 2024 with the Little Orchestra Society at 92nd Street Y under conductor David Alan Miller. That same year he appeared as a featured soloist at Juilliard Celebration: A Benefit for Scholarship.

In 2023, Jesse was named a From the Top fellow and appeared on the nationally broadcast program in January 2024. He has performed at renowned venues including Steinway Hall, Merkin Hall, and Opera America Center.

Jesse, after graduating from Juilliard’s Pre-College Division, is currently pursuing his undergraduate studies at The Juilliard School, under the tutelage of acclaimed pianist Orli Shaham.

In addition to piano, Jesse also plays cello and enjoys writing, travel, chess, and photography.
